Our Platinum Support Agreement offers Remote Monitoring Service that actively monitors more than 20 different alert conditions in your POS system. When an alert is activated a notification is sent to our support staff, frequently before the end user even realizes there is a problem.
The Platinum Support Agreement also includes Remote Back-up Service, backing up your database and important documents on a weekly basis. Our back-up service provides an additional level of security for disaster recovery.
